I have been going to this salon for 8 yrs now! 1st it was Luxury Nails now Windermere Nails & Spa. Coco is my go-to person. She's the best. She truly cares about her work and makes sure the client is always happy. She is a very professional woman and I truly appreciate all she does for me. The salon is very comfortable and inviting. It is also an extremely clean salon, an essential component. Kudos to Amy & Tran who have been there since I can remember. Good team players!

Very nice staff and they do good nails but they tell you one thing and then when you get to the register it’s different. I was told the colors I was given was dip powder but then when I got to the register they said it was acrylic power which was way more than regular dip that I wanted. Got plain short almond nails with one sticker on each hand and it was $70. I’ve been going here on and off for years but the way they overcharge even for shape now, not sure I will go back. Thumb was cut, this set was not worth that amount.

I wasn’t rushed. They provided recommendations based on my nail health. Listened to everything I had questions on. Went in wanting the color of my case and they delivered. Follow up- this is the third time and I truly love their services. They are very knowledgeable and always explain why they would recommend something. This time I wanted to match my Shelby and got pretty close. Got the Cajun Shrimp from OPI great summer color.
