Amazing experience all the time!!! I come here for Kelly and I must say she’s the best nail tech in Orlando hands down. She’s able to deliver quality work in a third of the time that others typically take. She gets me in and out within 45 minutes when I ask for complex designs and my nails last about a month before I have to come in again. The staff is great and cater to all your needs. When booking for a pedicure with Tracy she’s very thorough and takes her time. Feels like a dream every single time. I definitely recommend to everyone! Vivian greeted my mom and I as we were coming in. She is very good with customer care. She was very attentive, asking if we would like anything to drink. She came by and gave us towels and a hot pack for our shoulders. She kept coming by to make sure we were doing okay and made great conversation with us. I received a pedicure from Mimi. She was very kind, efficient, and gentle. I usually don’t like getting pedicures because other places I had been too rough, but not here! Tracey did my mom’s pedicure and she took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. She’s very sweet and always smiling. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
