terrible customer service and phone service. staff doesnt know how to communicate.

The store owner didn't show up until almost 20 minutes after open time... then didn't honor my appointment... had a walk in go before me and then didn't even care when I left... I do not recommend this unprofessional place. when you go in there it doesn't even look clean to begin with but I was trying to look past the outer exterior and not judge a book by its cover... I went into the salon, which is NEVER by appointment only. I have been, twice, in the past two months and never by appointment. The woman in the salon didn’t even acknowledge me upon my arrival. As a Black woman, that was already disheartening. Paired with my mask and washed hands, I proceeded to wait for a wash and set. The woman who was working in the salon acknowledges me. I speak back and proceed to explain that I just want a wash and blow dry. This is where it started getting weird. She literally says the salon is by appointment only. I recognize her and explain that this has never been the policy, even in quarantine. I look around and realize: I am the only Black woman in the salon. She says she has three people, I explain I am willing to wait. She then says it’ll take three hours, I say I’ll come back at noon. She then says she has a customer at that time coming in. I finally ask, “do you just not want to take me?” Exasperated and out of excuses, she essentially says she doesn’t
