One wrong hair cut took me a year to grow back. hair was not what i was asking for and I was not comfortable entire time since they double booked me with other client. To making a appointment took me 3 weeks, then they should respect my time too. I don't mind pay $100 for hair cut if they are good. but absolutely not worth it. Service: Haircut

I went in to receive a consultation for color treatment, a bang trim, and to raise my undercut, but ultimately decide not to receive those services due to how condescending and patronizing Jannah talked to me. She was so disrespectful that I left the consultation early and in tears. I will never come back. I am massively disappointed, especially as curly girl, because I heard many good things about this salon only to be treated so poorly.

Jody Raml was so wonderful and knew exactly what to do with my curly hair! It’s so nice to be able to find someone who is so good at what they do and so easy to talk to as well! Will definitely be back.
