My hair is done more than perfectly each time, and I’m always treated very nicely here. I walk out of there every time feeling great!! They even always me feel comfortable having lunch inside of their salon before my appointments. This is honestly an amazing salon who really cares about the wants and needs of their customers. I recently had a fantastic experience at Gracefilled Hands Hair Studio. I met with Janice, who provided top-notch service and treated my hair like royalty. When I first entered the salon, my hair was looking unruly, but after Janice's exceptional care, including a rejuvenating head massage, moisturizing conditioner treatment, and a jet black dye, it looked amazing! Janice's assistant was also incredibly helpful throughout the process. The entire appointment was efficient, and I was out of the salon in about 2 1/2 hours, just in time for the weekend. The way my hair was styled made me feel confident and ready for any plans ahead. The experience was so impressive that even my husband noticed the difference and offered to pay for my next appointment to ensure I continue to receive this level of care consistently. Mrs. Janice is THE TRUTH! Yesterday I walked into her salon for the first time and the experience I received was a 10 out of 10! The salon ambiance is everything and her customer service is impeccable. From being greeted at the front desk and having a pleasant conversation before my service started to the laughs and perfect music being played. The shampoo I received from Serena was everything and I was so relaxed. Before my services started Mrs. Janice apologized the wait but also asked me about haircut I wanted.
