I did not enjoy my overall experience here. I especially did not enjoy the shampoo rinse as she carelessly sprayed water all over my face and down the back of my shirt. I actually had to ask for the stylist to use the hair dryer on my saturated shirt before leaving the salon. That is all very annoying and not expected, but ultimately, the color did not last nearly as long as other brands and for the prices charged here, this is not okay.
Super clean, spacious, and everyone had an awesome rapport with the customers. My pedicurist was late due to an accident and I was informed at least an hour before which was appreciated, so I believe Lisa(I owe her a tip) stepped in and saved the day on many fronts.We both were in a bit of a rush so I couldn't fully enjoy it. I will be back so that they can get a shot at the 5th star.
Karina is amazing!! She takes care of all my waxes and I’m never disappointed.
