Sertac Ozturk at George at the Four Seasons in Georgetown is awesome. I have been going to him for blond highlights (and lowlights) for eight years now, and he's excellent. I tried quite a few "top colorists" in the area before him, and none were particularly impressive or consistent in achieving the results I wanted. The last one literally turned my hair completely copper/red, when I specifically asked for cool highlights with NO brassiness. Sertac fixed all of that, and has colored it well ever since. Fantastic colorist. Cool guy. Great salon.
