I have been Cindy s client for a very long time ! She is a magician from beautiful cuts to perfect color every single time to hair extension ! Top notch service at this salon very pleasant staff and always clean !

Very bad experience. I went in asking for an all over copper/ginger color, and was told by the stylist Sami (who was just the first person to answer the phone and later discovered via the website that she was the receptionist) she could do it, and scheduled me for a month out. A week before the salon repeatedly called me while i was at school, but did not respond to my calls back within business hours. Finally, I got ahold of them and they were asking for references for my hair. I sent them a reference picture very clearly showing a red head and sent a picture of my hair color, and showed up at my appointment. When i got there, I was told by the stylist that she would not be giving me all over color, but highlights. This was not a discussion, I did not have a choice. She begins the foiling process and it takes six hours. She used a 10 developer, but with my hair color, I know I need a 30 to 40. I was assured by a hair dresser friend that the good thing about going from brown to copper
