I scheduled an appointment with Tiffany a few weeks ago. My first red flag should have been when at our initial appointment, she cancelled on me 15 MINUTES before our appointment. Of course I let this go because everyone has things pop up once in a while. We rescheduled for two weeks later, and again, told me to come in 30 minutes after my appointment because she was running late. Again, no big deal, but that should have been my second red flag. I had a perm scheduled. I did express to her that I had bleached my hair a few weeks before and dyed a week or so before my appointment. During our consultation through text, I asked her to do a strand test because she said she felt it would get damaged. When I showed up to the appointment, she took a look at my hair, concluded it was fine to work with, and proceeded to do the perm with no strand test. She did express there would be SOME damage.
