Had such an awesome experience here with Annelise and Rachael! I haven't had my hair dyed since I moved to the area and was nervous to try a new salon, but Annelise was so knowledgable and friendly and the final look was great. Will definitely be back!
If I could put ZERO stars I would. I called to reschedule an appointment. I called 24 hours before the appointment and they reported it's a 38 hour reschedule policy. I needed to change my appointment because my work schedule changed. I explained this is detail and they still decided to charge me over half of the cost of the appointment cost. Bad practice. Also, I tried to get them to let me speak with the stylist directly so I could make arrangements with her and she wasn't even in the salon! They acted like I wasted her time! She wasn't even in the salon!!
Wow! New to area and was worried about finding new hair stylist - fears are gone! Lucinda knows her stuff. Had a cut and color and I live my hair. Outstanding job on the color. Beautiful salon. Friendly warm vibe. A real treat.
