Went in for a cut, highlights and lowlights. Hair looks terrible. I strongly advise against Victoria. Gave no remorse for doing my hair completely opposite of what I asked for and actually tried to argue me into saying it is what I asked for. Drove 90 minutes each way for this hair appointment as I have been going to the salon for years. Terrible service for a long-time customer. Victoria also tried to argue that the reason my hair looks so bad is because it hadn’t been highlighted in so long. So upset and frustrated please save yourself the hassle, time and money and see someone else. It’s terrible to me to think that I waited months to see a certain person only for the TERRIBLE quality of service I received. Also saw a cockroach while waiting because Victoria was running over 30 mins late. PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES FOR VICTORIAS VERSION OF NATURAL BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS. I found April just by doing a Google search so no clue what I would get but she was super awesome and did my hair perfect!!! And her prices were by-far the lowest you will find in Golden. I did a bleach bayalage and gloss and trim and the blonde was perfectly lifted even tho I hadn't been in toooo long. Go see April!! Services: Balayage, Haircut

Carrie is friendly and pleasant. She did an amazing job on my short hair. I've had the same stylist for 20 years and Carrie duplicated my usual textured cut on the first try! Service: Haircut
