Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

Very appreciative of the time and effort these ladies put into their work left with a beautiful set of Nails despite a little disagreement.

Do not go here! I had never been here before but I went there a couple days ago and got a full set put on. The next day a few of my nails hurt so bad! Under the acrylic there is a lot of air bubbles, all of the filing & lengths are uneven, they are crooked and look horrible. I tried telling the girl that was doing them but she did not understand anything I was saying...she would laugh, or say nothing..not even look at me & keep going. Today I called and asked if I could get a refund and the lady did not understand why I wouldn't like them because she said that everybody there does great work and they've never had an unhappy customer. She said that she will not give me a refund but that I could go in and they would take them all off and redo them. I told her that I just wanted a refund and that I was going to go have my nails done somewhere else. At this point she got very rude and told me that it was not her fault that I didn't like them and that I was not going to get my money back. S

They are always so friendly, professional and do an amazing job! The only place i will go too!
