Luxury Nails and Spa

This was unfortunately one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. The entire thing felt so rushed. I only get pedicures a couple times a year because I normally paint my own nails but I come in to relax and get the dead skin around my toes cleaned up. She spent no time cleaning up the dead skin and the picture is what it looked like as I left, I’m leaving for vacation and I am in tears because I still feel like I still need a pedicure. There’s better places in Castle Rock. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

If I could give them zero stars i would. Shellac lasted 3 days and the customer service from the manager herself was absolutely horrible. I used to come here years ago but quit when they gave me an infection on one of my fingers due to failure to properly clean their tools. Years later i decided to try them again but huge mistake. Horrible business.

They took their time on my nails and was nice. It’s super clean and the staff is super friendly and everyone is super talented so no matter who you go to your nails and toes will be beautiful! I really enjoy coming to Luxury Nails and Spa! The environment was clean and modern. As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time.
