Had 2 appointments at 4:15 for pedicures. We got in the chairs on time and I got started right away. No one ever came to get my friend started and she finally cancelled her SCHEDULED appointment of 4:15 at 5 pm. My pedi-tech was fine, I'm not complaining about her. They should have told us they were short-staffed when the appointments were made (2 hours prior) OR at the very least when we checked in. Poor management in my opinion. Won't be coming back.
