Beautiful highlights and lowlights today. I’ve been coming to PermCuts since 2005. Have always been happy. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Haircut, Hairstyling
Came in for a perm. My hair was burned off. I have multiple bald spots now. I've gotten many perms at many different places and NEVER have i ever had an issue. Poor experience all around. Stylist was far too busy to complete the cut properly. She put the product in my hair and didn't even spread it around. Just squirted it in a few areas and put a towel on my head. She realized she wrecked my head and then gave me a waiver. AFTER THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. Do not come here. The cut was terrible despite giving the stylist a 360 degree view of the last cut I had she couldn't even come close. It seems language barrier is also a huge issue in addition to professionalism. I cannot stress any of this enough. Terrible service and I'm bald now.
Has been getting cuts for more than a decade here. Always looks good. She knows the life cycle of hair and nurtures it to fit your style and nature.
