Empress Nails

Ca and her team are absolutely wonderful. I stumbled upon Empress one day when my previous salon couldn't fit me in. Ca got me in right away and gave me the most beautiful dip manicure. Her work is always immaculate and she takes such care with all the details. I have changed my nail color, length and shape, done basics and more extravagant designs and she has executed them all beautifully. On top of all that, she is quick and efficient! I had very a poor manicure today. I had this same woman last time and she did a terrible job. Nails were uneven with inconsistent shaping. When I scheduled this appointment I went in and showed the my nails to the person at the front desk and asked for someone who does great manicures. I was greeted today by the same woman she did an equally bad job. They are uneven at the nail beds, shaping uneven and have rough spots which I had to file down myself. Please tell me her name so I never use her again
