Protop Nails

I hate this place! I accompanied my mom to this nail salon to get her nails removed and when we asked for that specific service the staff looked at us and they began to talk amongst themselves in their language without replying. It felt as they were talking about us. Then one of their staff approached us asking if that's all we wanted. We were limited in time and so we only had time for that. Long story short, they didn't want to remove my mom’s nails because there was nothing else she wanted to get done. One of the staff walked us out in a rude manner. Kinda pushed us out of the door. I felt so disrespected and angry. I would not recommend this place. It's the worst! The past few times I've gone they have been rude as well to others and once to me but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again! Don’t waste your time or money.

Just got done from having a pedi done. 11/22/21 Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. The lady that did my pedicure was extremely rude & ruff. (She has a boy haircut & her hair is dyed reddish/orange) She made me bleed, cut down my toe nails too short & gave them a ugly shape & look. When I walked in the salon tubs were already filled with water & water was super cold. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!! Service: Pedicure

First time going here and the employees were super friendly. There was a lady in there who was being super rude to the workers and the workers handled it well. Will be going there again, love how my nails ended up, just like the picture i showed. I’m not one to leave reviews, but i really enjoyed my experience here and the lady who was doing my nails was super nice and these nails are my favorite i’ve had done in a long time. Service: Manicure
