Supercuts

It really was bad. I called hoping to make an appointment but got a message stating their opening hours and they are under staffed and too busy to answer the phone. I even went to the establishment and was told I needed an appointment: I asked if I could make one while I was there and was told I needed to call to make one. What a horrible way to run a business.

Tried to make an appointment this morning (I was looking at 9:45-10am)and the only thing available wasn't until after 4pm so I decided to just go as a walk in They no longer take walk in customs according to Miguel

Never had a bad cut, they are all polite and on schedule. Signed up for the monthly subscription I go at least twice a month. Highly recommend Brenda, Miguel and Griselda especially with kids. Update 2yrs later, July 2023 * loved this place until Miguel left. After that everything changed from Scheduling, Quality haircutsand Customer service. New schedule shows Sunday-Thursday. Father of 3 only have weekends to get a cut. Call on Sunday at 9:15 no answer, show up it's a hit or miss that they are open or closed. No message on the door saying why they are not open on the days they are scheduled to be open. Venting was great, just wanted to inform our community I really hope this place succeeds. FYI Griselda is great, Keep her at all costs she's holding down the fort as best she can, always Tip her.
