Ive always had a good experience coming here while i was in town. This last time this lady ruined my hair. She did the exact opposite of what i told her on my sides. And then she turns around saying its my fault for not explaining it right. I then got over it and explained CLEARLY how i wanted the top and then she goes and does the opposite. I just told her. And i confronted her about it. And she said. :Im just doing the tips" i just told her not to touch that area. And then she had the audacity to charge me. She completely shaved off the progress of hair change i had been working on. Ive gone through so many awkward phases to change my hair style and struggled for the last 8 weeks and she shaves it offf like its nothing. Very very disappointed ????
