Pros: - You can call ahead same-day and ask if you and a friend can come in for gel nail polish. They’ll say yes. - Place is easy to find and parking is easy - They will try to make conversation - She offered to fix my nails for free in case something goes wrong Cons: - They will yell at you in front of a waiting customer for coming in with a friend because you “didn’t tell them on the phone it was two people” Just to show the waiting customer that it is not indeed the business’ fault the customer has to wait ~15-20 minutes. - One of the ladies was rushing, going back and forth between me and another customer. (Without changing gloves) - She was in such a rush that she kept DRILLING MY SKIN and one of my fingers bled, and my fingers sore - Lumpy, uneven nail polish - Spots missed on the nails - $51 for gel polish and this service??? Lol This was my first experience at a nail salon, and I wouldn’t come back here again. Not my friend’s first time and she felt the same.

Everything covid now requires an appointment of some sort. I wouldnt walk into any establishment anymore without an appointment and expect service right away. Ive been going to Holly for the last year. A friend of mine recommended meet to her and I couldn't be more happier w my nails. I am that person who hadnt gotten any acrylic on her nails for 20+ years. Then during the pandemic I wanted nails. ????????‍♀️ The passion Holly has for nail designs and nail care shows in her work each and every time. I am happy and loyal.
