WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! I went for keratin and they promised me that my hair would be smooth. Not even a week later, my hair was rough and poor quality, even worse than before. They said they will fix it but when I went there, they refused to fix my hair. TRUST ME, you will get ripped off. Do not come here. By far the worst experience I had with a hair salon. READ TO THE END, SORRY ITS LONG! When i went in for a simple root and toner touch up with a light grey tint, a the young man who I was told would be doing my hair spoke with me and showed me the hair swatches they have explaining I could not possibly have the grey tint I've requested (Its more for people who were born blond) he said. ..... I was born blond....???????? . He told me that my roots have grown out to much & would need to be bleached to match, .. okay that's fine I told him But! And I quote: Please Dont Bleach my Ends they are healing already. He said okay then started, I watched for a bit, finding it odd that he parted my hair in sections then parted the sections in highlight layers? But only for the back bottom half of my head? ???? ? .... as I watched thinking well he works in a salon and must know more then me... I continued to watch, after parting was done he moved on to the bleaching of my roots right? Wrong! He started in the middle applying a chunk of bleach and w

My haircut was okay, but my girlfriends haircut was horrible. The man that cut her hair took off a significant length without consulting with her when all she had asked for was to remove damage at the ends. Not only that but his work was uneven. Looking at how he cut it, it seems he was focused on removing all of her balayage and then tried to shape it. Her layers are uneven in length and overall the cut isn't symmetrical. I'm confused at what if any method was used to cut her hair. My girlfriend went in for a trim with long hair and now her hair is barely past her shoulders. She feels violated, angry, and sad.
