Pro - quick service. Con - everything else. Came here for a haircut, walked out with more of a hackjob. I asked for a trim of medium long hair with bangs up front and layering in the back. The gentleman acknowledged the requests and offered up some suggestions but delivered on none of them. He followed the contour of the prior cut, which I explained was a bobcut, and the style was unsuited for the longer hair I wanted now. The bangs were uneven, which he attributed to my hair being dry and stated would improve after I washed my hair (??). I've had 15 dollar cuts, I've had 100 dollar cuts. This was undoubtedly the worst experience - little attention to the request for cut, rough cut, uneven, and minimal blowdry at the end. Go elsewhere! Service: Haircut

What can I say but that Theresa & Ken have been my go-to place for haircuts for the past 10 years in Union City. Even when I had moved away from the bay for about 6 years, I still would drop in for hair cuts through out that time. Theresa is my go-to because she knows my hair well and has helped me to find the best hair style to match my changing roles and style. I am always thankful for how fair her prices are, her willingness to recommend and listen to my input and how I can support one of our neighbors in the area. This is a family business but her clientele is often from the Union City / Fremont neighborhood with others throughout the Bay Area. Theresa not only cuts our hair well but I’ve seen some of her coloring and work with many women and so many are repeat customers. Parking is ample but this plaza is becoming more messy though there’s a Starbucks and Happy Lemon close by. Come support Theresa and her local business. Highly recommend. :)

The only place I go to because it’s the only place where when you ask to cut off 2” they will only cut off 2”. I love this place, they’re down to earth and really listen to what you want. If you need a recommendation or advice you’ll get that too.
