She is a good listener and was able to use the picture I gave as inspiration and executed a cut that frames my face beautifully and will certainly elevate my next round of headshots. I met with Bug on an app that pointed me to them. I had a project of something I'd never done before for a big hair dye and a style. I will say I had the best experience imaginable. The commitment work and willingness to make sure I'm happy was so huge I can't believe these kinds of things still happen rather than all business time to task style.
