I tried to explain to her that I only wanted nail art on two of my nails and the rest in color. This is what she did to me... I try to explain multiple times during the process and after that this is not what I wanted. Unfortunately they were not the technician working on my nails kept smiling and nodding and acting as if she understood exactly what I was asking for however at the end when I saw what she had done I couldn't believe it. When I raised the concern to my technician that that's not what I wanted she immediately got defensive and loud and refused to offer any kind of correction, discount, or even a simple I'm sorry. Although I wanted not to pay I felt intimidated and felt like I had to so I quickly paid the$25 for absolutely nothing and have to go to another nail shop. Be aware before you get anything done here make sure they know exactly what you want and that they actually understand how to do it. Meh. This took two hours….. I’m just visiting and needed a quick situation. What takes an hour back home took TWO HOURS and even still, lacked precision. That’s my basic critique they lack precision.
