First off I’m not here to bash the stylist but to make it known the standard set at escape hair salon for what the owner says I should have been charged an upwards of $600 ($850 to be exact)and to call out the EXTREME Unprofessionalism of the Owner At escape hair salon in down town San Diego I had my hair done by one of her stylist, who was very sweet and because of me being non confrontational by nature this was very difficult for me when it came to coming back and letting the stylist know i was not satisfied with how my hair was done after my initial appointment. However, What led me to leave a one star review on Yelp was how the owner handled the situation, being unprofessional and aggressive. ⭕️Long story short : They offered for the stylist to darken my roots to look more like the photo I showed but we asked for a partial refund since I lost trust that it would turn out any better. And I would just go somewhere else where I had confidence they could fix it. The owner said, No

I'm so glad I walked in to this Salon...I'm from the Bay Area and often visit San Diego..I took an impromptu decision to have a haircut and was so glad that Golnaz Solati had time to give me a haircut. She's so patient and attentive to what I wanted. I was nervous to get my hair cut from some place new..but she made me so comfortable and I have an amazing haircut. Thank you Golnaz for the wonderful experience.
