Savante Salon

Spent a little under $600 for my first visit. I was going from black to navy blue. The stylist tried their best and were very friendly but the result had quite a bit of green and just wasn’t worth the price. They told me I would have to come for a second visit to get it closer to the color I wanted which just doesn’t fit my budget. It sucks because I was quoted $200 when they saw my hair on the phone but when I get there it was more around $400 once they trimmed the split ends off. And to keep my hair healthy, the products for that were $150. They never gave me a receipt so I couldn’t even break down the cost either. Again, the stylist was nice but I feel ripped off for the result and the fact they would charge so much knowing I would have to return for a 2nd visit just isn’t great.

maddie did the most amazing wedding hair for my MOH and i! she was so sweet to talk to and genuinely made my day! it was so positive to start my wedding day chatting with her and the style she did made me feel so beautiful on my big day ❤️❤️❤️ 10000% recommend her and savante!

Appointment was pushed from 3pm to 4pm and then my daughter wasn't called back until 4:30. My daughter has very long very thick hair so in order to make up time, the hairdresser didn't wash her hair, gave her a quick dry cut and threw in a couple curls. Then we were charged the full amount of $58. I asked the front desk girl about it and she said that "there is no discount for not washing hair and if it was her, she would have had her hair washed." I called later and asked to speak with the salon manager. I was told I would get a call back but never did. Morgan took advantage of my daughter because she is 14 and Morgan was to lazy to do the full service. I'm truly disgusted with the level of service. If a Great Cips haircut for triple the price is what you want, this is the salon for you!! Service: Haircut
