I've been going to Christine for years, love her! She does my maintenance on color and cut and she also did my amazing wedding hair. Can't recommend enough

If I could give Phylica Aswege (Cre8ive Color) zero stars I would. The appointment start off like she was in a bad mood and it got worse from there. She let me know that there be extra charge more than 4 ounces of color even though the Groupon only references extra for Ombré/Balayage. Which 4 ounces is pretty specific and could've just easily been added to the group on disclaimers. I told her the extra charge was fine (although I did have some reservations about it, I thought it kind of suspicious because use of charging for something that wasn't specific on the Groupon). During the color and she asked me about my cut like she knew me in and being polite, I played along I did not want to correct her. I was a bit embarrassed that she thought she knew me. But that led to her maybe getting upset with me because she told me she would have to charge me for the haircut since I had used a Groupon before.
