Super friendly staff, but you kinda get a mean girls vibe when you walk in if you're like me and don't appear to put in any effort to makeup or hair or clothes. This place is huge and there's always a ton going on in there. Pricing seems decent. I got a few massages with their one and only massage therapist, Tiphanie. She's a miracle worker and if you need a really great massage to chill yourself tf out, she's your girl!
Brought my son in for a haircut. Showed the stylist a photo and he botched it in every way possible. I told him I didn't like it, that it was wrong and he blew me off, as did the front desk staff when I told them the same thing. Will NEVER come there again! First time LAST TIME. Also I requested a shampoo and he refused
Lexy was great! She gave me exactly what I was looking for with my cut and color. Very professional and sweet!
