Cost Cutters

Kudos to Janesville Cost Cutters! I wanted to share what I observed.... because it was a true act of kindness from their stylists. A rare act to see nowadays. When a young lady arrived to get her hair combed out with painful matting; it was later discovered she was fighting stage 3 breast cancer. I watched these stylist show the upmost empathy and after some time of consoling her, she made the brave decision to shave her head. One of their own stylist had battled cancer a few years ago, and offered to go get one of her own wigs that she had in storage. In private, she showed her how to wear and care for her soon to be new wig. From personal experience, she also offered how fun it was to try new styles and offered a helping hand at any time. When she walked out of the salon, she was beaming from ear to ear. The kindness I witnessed was simply amazing, and a true testament to the compassionate stylists at Cost Cutters! Hair stylist was rude and didn't listen to what the client asked for. Hair was barely sprayed, Cut took 8 - 10 minutes, an was blow dried in her ear before asking if it all looked okay. The stylist didn't conversate with the client only her co worker. When we called the manager she claimed to have looked at the camera an said the appointment went long than it actually did. I calmed the client down an went back to allow the manager to fix it as she said she would. However, upon our return back up to the store the manager couldn't be bothered to come back out. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
