JCPenney Salon

Went in today to fix some really ugly layers I got at an Ulta salon and Justin was recommended to me when I asked for someone with curly hair experience. He was very attentive, asked good questions and took his time. The end result was everything I could have asked for and more ~ he completely transformed my layers into a more even and flattering haircut I owe him my life lol highly recommend Justin !! Thank you ????

I don't know why an inexperienced stylist is allowed to charge so expensively, I had to pay $75 dollars for a very poorly cut haircut. By the way, because this person Eva has no experience.

If I could give a negative 1 star I would!! This place is HORRIBLE! Actually, I first went in for a haircut and that was great. However, I went in a few days later to get my hair colored and the “stylist” that colored my hair, destroyed my hair! She fried it and the color wasn’t even the right color! I paid over $200 for this disaster! I called to complain and NO ONE from that location has even reached out to me! DO NOT GO TO THE JCPENNYS AT SOUTHCENTER. Pics are the before and after.
