I spent $400 on full balayage and my hair looks so bad now. I called them no body called me back to do a redo. I would never go to this place ever. Please choose any other salon but never this. Waste of my money
My whole experience at GenJuarez was great. Colorist was very good , the haircut was also excellent. I loved having a reasonably priced option.
I went here to get my haircut and I came early and I asked the receptionist if I could walk around the mall while I waited for my turn and he said sure. There were three people there and this girl gave me a dirty look. My mom said if she was going to cut my hair I will tell I wanted someone else because she sensed a bad/weird vibe from her. After we came back 10 minutes before our appointment, they took mom to dye her hair and she and my dad left while leaving me and my brother alone. They one of the receptionist told us that Maggie Cray left and she had someone else to cut my hair. Remember when I said the girl who gave me a dirty look it was Maggie Cray. She showed that she was racist and classist because she heard us speak Spanish but what’s new but I speak THREE languages. They made feel bad for saying no thank you to the guy who was going to replace her. I want to make a note that the coworkers aren’t professional.
