Windy's Barber Lounge

I stopped by Windy’s because my regular barber was booked up. Virgina cut my hair; she was very sociable and talented. She had a very similar style of cutting to my regular barber and was able to recreate my usual cut with no issue whatsoever. I can be quite picky about my hair, but this place blew me away, not to mention the lovely atmosphere and classic barbershop vibe.

Windy is absolutely THE BEST. I came in for my first haircut since the pandemic, so I was crazy nervous. But as soon as I was in the chair, she made me feel right at home. Windy is super skilled at dealing with hair that's cowlick-y, growth-pattern swirly, and just all around difficult in a way that most barbers can't handle or don't pay attention to. Added bonuses? Cute shop dogs! And the conversation is hilarious and fun -- not just the usual small talk like you are forced to make with your great auntie at family events. Finally, it seems like an understatement to call this place LGBTQ friendly, so come all ye queerdos for the best haircut you can get!

I've been going to Windy's Barber Lounge for over a year now and it's my home away from home. Great haircuts, really friendly staff, just a really awesome atmosphere. There is always a fun conversation going whenever I get there and the haircuts are always top notch. Windy, Virginia and Holly are all super knowledgeable and true masters of their craft.
