Stella Nail Lounge

Stella Nail Lounge is awesome! They always provide five star pedicure service. The environment is bright and colorful, and they give you complementary tea, coffee, mimosa, margarita, soda or lemonade.

I’ve had many great mani/pedis here, and enjoy the atmosphere and offerings. David, Teresa, and Si are next level when it comes to dip/tips/overlay color (almond shape in pic). So good!! Services: Sculpted nails, Acrylic nails, Dip powder, Manicure

Long review: 3 stars is very generous, considering that I was provided less than satisfactory customer service by Ruby. She had a bad attitude when I asked her to fix my ombre nails, because each nail was different from another. So I had to ask if she could take away sparkles or add more in some nails and she glared at me and made me feel bad for asking. Furthermore, she cut my skin in multiple places, and even shaved off some of the dipping powder, which created a grown out look. She also rushed the service because everybody was going home at 6:30, but the salon closes at 7:30. (See black ombre nails for Ruby’s work. First picture has blood stain and cut on the pinky and awkward sparkles on the ring finger. Second pic has top coat fading on the ring finger). Today, I called the manager to complain about the service I was given, and the manager’s initial response was, “so what do you want?”. There was no remorse at all. I asked if I could come in to have the service redone of no charge
