Majestic Nail Studio

I recently visited Majestic Nail with high hopes for a quality nail service, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The overall cleanliness of the salon was below expectations. The floors appeared dirty, and the workstations seemed disorganized. This lack of cleanliness made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy the service. Furthermore, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. They did not provide any personalized recommendations or take the time to understand my preferences. It felt like I was just another customer in line, rather than receiving a tailored experience. In terms of the actual nail service, I was quite disappointed. The nail technician rushed through the process, resulting in a sloppy and uneven application. The polish started chipping within a few days, indicating poor quality products or improper technique. I cannot recommend this salon based on my visit.

I’ve been a loyal customer well over a yr now, & am loving the new team!! Hollywood fulfills every inquiry with the highest quality of service:)) Staff are patient, detail oriented, & caring with every nail set I desire. Did I mention this salon is very hygienic? I had a wonderful experience here today. Tammy gave me a relaxing and detail-oriented pedicure and Hollywood went above and beyond with my beautiful holiday set. This is definitely my new go-to nail salon. Can’t wait to return soon!
