Such friendly folks and Alexis gave me a haircut that I feel great about! So nice to feel welcomed on my way in and feel confident on my way out.

I am compelled to share my recent experience at Headlines Salon, which unfortunately left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I had high expectations for the salon, given its reputation and reviews. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. To begin with, the salon canceled my appointment not once, but twice, with little notice. This lack of professionalism was disheartening, as I had made adjustments to my schedule to accommodate these appointments. It is ironic that Headlines Salon has a strict cancellation policy for its customers, charging fees for last-minute cancellations. Yet, they do not seem to uphold the same standards for themselves when it comes to inconveniencing clients. Service: Hairstyling

I booked an appointment for hairstyling for an event a week ago. The hairstylist Jessie was rude and mean to me right from the moment I entered the salon. It almost seemed like she didn’t want to work with me. When I took it up with the front desk, and expressed that the hairstylist had an attitude that reflected her unwillingness to work on me, they cancelled my appointment. Never going back again.
