Eyebrow threading salon Seattle e-brow lounge

I have to say the beauty specialist here is EXCELLENT! I usually have my eyebrows waxed but my usual was on vacation and I had to get my brows shaped. I decided to try this based on the reviews and it was better than expected. Usually threading is painful for me because my skin is sensitive but the specialist - Manita shaped my eyebrows gently, painlessly, neatly and beautifully. She did exactly what I asked for and I did not feel a thing. Definitely going back here.

Update: Service has improved, I'm usually satisfied with my brows. Service is inconsistent, sometimes my eyebrows are sisters other times they're step-sisters.

This place used to be good. Lumin was amazing but now there is a new person who’s not that great. I’ve been waxing for a while now and this was the worst experience I’ve had in Seattle. I really wish I could’ve given 0 stars. They got a call mid way through the service, decided to take it and started yelling into my ears. I was being polite and told them to finish the call. They decided to do this while I was waiting for almost 15 mins. The actual service itself was worse. I’ve never had my skin yanked out while waxing. I’ve had the same amount of hair growth in forever and this was my first time having my skin damaged so badly. If you must visit this place, I’d highly recommend you to ask for Lumin.
