Had a great experience. I tend to have haircut-anxiety due to bad experiences in the past, But Emily was super nice and put me well at ease. She was amazing at telling me what she thought and explaining my options. My appointment didn't feel rushed at all, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed. I will definitely be coming back.

Aldera always does a fabulous job with my brows. She manages to make them look great with my mask on on off, which sadly hasn't been the case everywhere I've been. Everyone I've met there has been quite nice, would definitely recommend!

I got my hair done there on Thursday for a concert later that night. I was over a half hour late to the appointment because I'm not from the city, and I was having a hard time figuring out where to park, and was worried I wouldn't have time for all I wanted to get done. I was VERY LUCKY enough to still be able to get done what I wanted and I am very pleased with the results. The cut and color are perfect, and I'm loving my new look! I forgot the name of my stylist because I am just very bad at remembering names, but to the lovely woman who took me from having shoulder length blonde hair with brown roots to a purple pixie cut thank you so much! I got so many compliments on my hair at the concert! So many people loved it, and I love it too. If I didn't have to go back to Oregon I'd keep going there to keep up maintenance on my hair.
