Studio Nails

the absolute worse experience i have ever had in my life. do not come here, waste of time. waste of money. I called ahead and told them i have an hour and 10 minutes to get a SIMPLE acrylic set and they told me that was perfect. I reconfirmed when i got to the salon and again they told me that it was totally fine and they could accommodate. Kari started doing my nails and half way through she walked away to start doing another customers nails. by the time she got back to me she had 25 minutes left and told me she wasn't going to be able to finish but she could put a clear coat on and i could come back tomorrow. Then she told me it was going to cost me $50 for this service and an additional $35 tomorrow to finish which is over the price of what i was asking for. I told her that i didn't feel comfortable paying that price when i am leaving with an unfinished service. Got a gel manicure and pedicure and quality of work was decent. As other reviewers mentioned, they are slow. It took 2-1/2 hours with no one else in the shop. I was also charged an additional $25 to take off the old polish (which took less than 3 mins), making the mani/pedi $115! Should have read the reviews first...it looks like there is always some $25 upcharge for some made-up reason. Redmond Town Center needs a better nail salon! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Top coat turned grey after four days, you can see the original color of my nails on the sides. So disappointed! They were so expensive for poor quality acrylics. PLEASE DON'T GO! Service: Acrylic nails
