This location continuously cancels appointments and offers no additional options. This is the 3rd time Berrnie, "the artist," as Gene Juarez called him, canceled four hours before our appointment that was booked six months ago. Gene Juarez makes their clients pay 50% of the haircut if canceled within 12 hours. Gene Juarez then needs to honor if their "artist" cancel on clients and provide a 50% discount on the next haircut. Highly reccomend finding other places than Gene Juarez for haircut.

Always a wonderful experience. I love the luxury of a private room for the pedicure. I only trust Gene Juarez with a manicure or pedicure because of their commitment to cleanliness. I have full confidence the tools used on me are clean and safe. The manicurists are always very gentle with my nails which are thin and brittle. I have gone with friends who have had mani/pedis elsewhere and the experience does not compare. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

So very disappointed with this place. I went here in December with high hopes since I had not bleached my hair for many months, and been very kind to it. I decided I wanted to work my way toward an icy, cool blonde. The tips of my hair were a soft lavender, as you can see in the photo. The first colorist TURNED MY ENDS GREEN, as well as all the balayaged higher parts were so warm toned- very yellow/orange. I called back that evening to ask if they could fix it. They booked me with another colorist a day later so I was hoping she would be more proficient in coloring, since she said her specialty was color correction. She bleached my hair and processed everything again with very disappointingly little change from my first appointment. Not to mention she wasn’t even friendly, understanding?? She barely talked to me and seemed so bugged to be doing her job? Her attitude really put me off but I thought maybe she’s just really focused on fixing my hair, which would be a good thing! Wrong. Af
