Levue Nails & Spa

I am actually sad to make this review because I used to like this place. Last month I gave them a chance, and had a horrible pedi. My toes looked like my daughter painted them. Giving them two stars because it is a clean place. I won't go back.

I love this place! Levue provided a great experience for my friend and I. I got acrylics with French tip. The staff was friendly, attentive, and skilled. The salon was clean and maintained with good hygiene. I don’t get my nails done very often but I’m so glad I did here, because they came out beautiful! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve been coming to Levue for almost two years now and have referred many friends here, some of whom have become loyal, recurring customers who post Levue on social media regularly. The attention to detail with shape & design is better than any salon in the area, which is why I have continued to come back. However, on more than one occasion, I have walked out of Levue feeling frustrated and saddened because of the rude staff. I tried to brush it off the first few times, chalking it up to a clique-mentality, but today, the girl doing my pedicure took a total of 10 minutes for a $37 pedicure which was supposed to include massage and hot stone. She skipped both massage and hot stone and when questioned about it, asked me to tell the front desk girl not to call her boss for the video footage and insisted that I received the full package. If the owner does decide to watch the footage, she will find that the pedicure took 10 minutes and did not include what was mentioned in the menu. Additio
