I love L’etoile Parisienne. The whole staff are amazing! Very welcoming, friendly atmosphere, professional and skillful. I like them because they never try to oversell you products you don’t need. The first time I went to them with my hair concerns and listened well and took such good care of my concerns. That meant a lot to me because I was worried about thinning hair, shedding.
Elena KNOWS what she is doing. I have incredibly fragile and difficult hair. Elena has been the only person to take the right amount of time and care with my hair so it isn't damaged after coloring. Her hair cuts are also phenomenal.
Got my haircut here for the first time and am super happy with it! I came in with just a rough idea of how much I wanted to cut and Snizhana made some great recommendations. This is one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten and I happily recommend this salon!!
