I had a bad experience today for the first time in more than five years at this location. Laci, the hairdresser asked how much she should trim my hair, I responded “just a little bit” she showed me about one inch between her fingers. I said it was ok. She did my undercut and then proceeded to the left side of my hair, so far pretty well although I felt it was a little shorter than what we had agreed, but I was ok about it. Then she proceeded with the right side and started to cut upper… and then a little bit upper… I noticed both sides were not even… when she finished I told her the sides were not even… she told me they were… I replied they were not. She said that she could trim a little more on the left side if I wanted to. Then I told her no. That I was not happy with the lenght she had gone to on the right side… What really made me angry was that she started to gaslight me: “ I’ve done this for 21 years and I can tell you the sides are even.” “I asked you about the length and you we

I was waiting for my haircut after being checked in by a biracial young woman who stalled in the back because she said, “I don’t want to cut a Jew’s hair.” I have been getting my hair cut at Great Clips for 10 years & I have never been so offended as an American. I am a confirmed Lutheran with Jewish ancestry & an Aramaic last name.

My favorite great clips location in the area, the staff here are experienced and always do a great job with my hair! Wait times can be long, but the app makes it easy to plan around.
