first time coming and was pleasantly surprised! it is a great size for a nail salon, the staff are polite and welcoming, and the service is amazing! there are many good nail salons out there but this one is by far a 5 star salon. completely recommend!!

I have been going here for two years now, have tried many other nail salons here and there during that time, and no other shop has treated me as wonderful as this husband and wife team. They are dedicated to their craft and take the time to ensure your nails and toes are done perfectly. In other salons I have felt like just another customer, a number, and been rushed through my appointment only to be up-charged for every small thing done then left with disappointing quality. At Nail Salon in Kirkland, this lovely family team has never rushed me or over-billed, and I always leave with beautiful, professionally done nails and toes. This is not a swanky joint, folks. Look elsewhere in Redmond and Bellevue if you are looking for expensive, flashy, "hollywood" style setups. However, their shop is meticulously clean and well organized.
