Samantha was excellent. She always listened to how I wanted my hair cut or colored. And it always turned out perfectly. She was also great when doing the Brazilian Blowout. It was always fun going to Salon Michelle’s. Service: Haircut

The haircut was OK except the girl who did my kids hair didn’t know what she was doing and had to have someone else help her and then she didn’t clean up the back of the neck aside from this my girlfriend gets a voicemail from the salon accusing our nine-year-old of stealing money off of the back desk and threatened to call the police on her, not even knowing for sure if my child actually took the money. it’s besides the fact whether or not she did, or didn’t the point is is that they didn’t know she did they just assumed and then called, threatening a nine-year-old to call the police on her without even asking me if I had found any money or would ask my daughter if she picked up money I just found it to be extremely rude and unprofessional to just call your clients, accusing their children of stealing money which shouldn’t have been left out on a desk in the first place . NEVER EVER GO HERE!!! My girlfriend called me balling her eyes out because of the tremendously disrespectful and unhelpful "service" she recieved here earlier today. She has been waiting two years to get a haircut and the lady there was calling her hair ugly to try to upsell hair products, she scoffed as soon as she arrived for her appointment, she did not trim her bangs, she said she could not layer her hair without cutting 6 inches off even though my girldriend has done that before. She was in litterall distress over how upset the lady made her feel. She ended up cutting a couple centimeters of hair for $80 bucks, 100% waste of money.
