Great Clips

The Great Clips app is a joke. Went to get a haircut today and the app said there would be no wait (0 mins). I get into the shop and I had to wait 25 mins.

I usually see Nathan at the Lake Meridian shop. I LOVE the way that he does my hair. The first time, I didn't think that he would understand Black hair texture, but he did an excellent job. The last time, Nathan was busy, so I got another male stylist. He did an excellent job also. The only downside is when I went on December 30, 2022, a White female stylist was there. I was next up. Nathan was busy. She swept up her area, did not acknowledge me, then went in the back and stayed for over 20 minutes. When Nathan finished with his client and cleaned his area, he immediately came to get me. THEN the White stylist came from the back to help the next customer, who happened to be White. I don't think that it was a coincidence either, because of the fact that she refused to even acknowledge me. She didn't even say 'one moment please' or anything. She just went in the back, left me sitting there, and wouldn't come out. If not for her, I would have given 5 Stars.

I came with a specific desired cut, something fun and queer. I was asked several times if I was sure and then they gave me a bob cut instead. Only come here if you're an old lady I guess.
