I had very bad experience yesterday. I went for waxing service and there were 2ladies who were doing waxing and they did waxing so bad that my hands had all the red spots. I request their owner Mandeep to handle waxing department as she is best in the that and rest of the staff shouldn’t do if they don’t know how to do waxing.
Sweet girls but they couldn't leave my eyebrows the way I wanted. I asked if they could thin it out more but after several requests she still couldn't do it and refused saying they look good
Poor customer care service, I wanted to paint my hands but when I talked to the lady she sounded like as if am bothering her.
