Great professional attitude. Wonderful experience. Advised the online booking option is not able to be used, since it is not synced with her scheduling method.
My daughter got her hair colored here and we were very pleased with the results. Came out great, we showed photos of what she wanted, they let us know realistically what they could do in one sitting. The honesty was appreciated. Good place for coloring.
Showed up early to my appointment, but she she still rushed the entire time she did my hair. Rubbed my hair together and knotted my hair up while washing. I asked for her to shape the bangs I had to look like curtain bangs. Then she used the entire front side of my hair to create the bangs. She took off so much length for no reason. It almost looks like I have a mullet. My hair so much thinner than what it used to be. It’s so far off from the picture that when she asked me what I’d like her to fix I didn’t even know what to say.
