The environment is really great, I love the employees, they are always so amazing and encouraging. Everybody knows exactly what they are doing, and they have fun doing it. The equipment is really fancy and clean. They always know what you want, and then they give suggestions to make it even better, so you know they are really good, and have been doing it a long time. Makes you feel valid in the hair choices you made. They remember you, you tell them something you said last time and they say “yeah yea, I remember.”. The environment is just very inviting, and open. I went in for a massage, let me just say it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Timber is highly skilled in what she does, she is very kind and I just loved her. I can’t wait to go back. Timber goes above and beyond and listens to what your body needs. I was also so excited to find out they have a jacuzzi, I relaxed before my massage and really enjoyed my time there.
