Studio One Salon

I generally dread getting my hair cut because I'm never sure if I'll like the end result but I'll commit to it. As I drag my feet, I'm then greeted by the stylist who was very kind and patient with me. After discussing what I was looking for, and some time of going through the process (hair wash, hair cut, styling), I'm amazed that my hair can look great! Got my first haircut in about 2 years today, I'm kind of socially awkward/anxious, emphasis on the anxious. But Mallory was very welcoming and friendly. I'm extremely happy with my haircut and the service. I strongly recommend this place. Service: Haircut

This is a review based on my experience buying product, not for a salon service. I had gone in today because I read online that Studio One Salon carries the Oribe product line. Oribe is known for being a luxury, award winning product line and I was nervous to bite the bullet and purchase products online without smelling and seeing them in person. When I went in today, the salon owner Kathy Nunez greeted me and actually walked me through all of the products. She asked me about my hair type and what I am looking for in a shampoo/conditioner. Together we were able to pick products that worked for my hair care routine and I left with a new shampoo, conditioner and mask. It felt like she cared for my hair and I wasn't just another sale. I am grateful for her knowledge and am glad there is a location in the Tri-Cities where I can buy Oribe products in person instead of online!
