Great Clips

When I walked into Great Clips, there were 3 hair stylist all on their phones, and they all looked up at me and then at each other, and it was like that for 2-3 seconds (a long time when you are just standing there waiting for....something) until one stood up and came forward. It made me feel awkward because apparently, I'm not a money-maker with just a haircut. I made a joke about it, but apparently it wasn't very funny as I got the brief, forced smile. During the cut I tried to make conversation, but that was also something apparently not really encouraged. I gave my hair stylist a 32% tip (which I know isn't much on a haircut), but I should have given her a tip on her overall service. I did like the haircut, but it would have been nice to be treated like a valued customer (instead of someone who is wasting her time). Service: Haircut

Would give zero stars but have to give one to leave a review. My wife went in with hair down to her butt, asked for a trim up to mid back, the Chinese guy gave her a bob, and when we called to complain about it, the lady said she wasn't going to do anything about him. THEY LET THEIR STYLISTS ASSAULT CUSTOMERS DON'T GO HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE
